Randy Harris, CVA is a Manager at Tucker & Meltzer. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2012 and is responsible for assisting in valuations of closely held businesses in connection with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), estate planning, gift and estate tax administration, and other corporate purposes. Randy has analyzed companies across many industries, including banking, manufacturing, real estate, packaging, engineering, biotechnology, construction, hospitality, and more. Randy earned his Certified Valuation Analyst credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in 2019.

Prior to joining Tucker and Meltzer in 2018, Randy was a Relationship Banker with M&T Bank (from 2015 through 2018), having previously worked for three years as a Valuation Analyst at Southard Financial in Memphis, Tennessee.

A graduate of the University of Memphis, Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business and Communications (2012). He is also an Eagle Scout (2003) and avid music enthusiast.
