Tucker & Meltzer Announces Donni Engelhart as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

August 24, 2015 – The entire team at Tucker & Meltzer is pleased to announce that Donni Engelhart, CFA, CVA has attained the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation, having recently passed the CFA® Level III examination.  The CFA Institute is a global association of investment professionals.  Donni is also a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and has more than 9 years of valuation experience.  Mr. Engelhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.  His valuation expertise is centered in valuing privately held companies for a variety of purposes including the establishment and annual administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), estate and gift taxation and planning, business sales and acquisitions, establishment of buy/sell agreements, fair value accounting and intangible asset valuations.  Donni also works within the areas of equity based compensation (409a) and litigation support.  His valuation experience spans several industries including manufacturing, construction, retail and wholesale distribution, engineering, technology, real estate, healthcare, and professional services companies.  Donni is a member of the Baltimore and Howard County Estate Planning Councils and Exit Planning Exchange – Maryland Chapter.
