Anne R. Meltzer ASA Accredited Senior Appraiser

Anne. R. Meltzer has recently been accredited by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) confers two designations upon qualified candidates – the Accredited Member (AM) designation and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation.  Anne received the later.

To qualify for Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) status, an individual must have a minimum of five years of full-time appraisal experience or the equivalent. ASA candidates must have a four-year college degree and may also be required to pass a set of four Principles of Valuation courses which lay the foundation for the remainder of the accreditation process. Professionals in the business valuation industry must also submit a comprehensive written business valuation report that was prepared for a client.
